U modele sa dizem motorom zapremine 1.9L i 2.4L, poznatiji po oznaci <strong>JTD<\/strong>. Ovi motori su bili Euro 3 norme \u0161to zna\u010di da su morali imati ugra\u0111en EGR ventil. U ovom tekstu detaljno \u0107emo opisati sve na\u010dine kojima mo\u017ee da se izvr\u0161i <strong>EDC15C7 EGR isklju\u010divanje<\/strong> ili kako se to naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ka\u017ee <strong>EGR-off<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Memorija u kojoj je sadr\u017ean upravlja\u010dki softver za ra\u010dunar <strong>EDC15C7 <\/strong>u FCA grupaciji vozila je flash <strong>29F400<\/strong>. Danas \u010ditljiv sa mnogo legalnih ali i kopiranih alata, kako povezivanjem  na pinove, na OBD konektor, u boot modu&#8230; U najgorem slu\u010daju na programatoru. Veli\u010dina fajla je 512KB<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"220\" src=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/edc15c7-29f400.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-488\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/edc15c7-29f400.jpg 860w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/edc15c7-29f400-300x77.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/edc15c7-29f400-768x196.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">29F400 &#8211; EDC15C7<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>EGR <\/strong>(<em>Exhaust gas recirculation<\/em>) ili AGR(Abgasr\u00fcckf\u00fchrung) je ventil koji u toku rada motora regul\u0161e postotak izduvnh gasova koji se umesto da budu ispu\u0161teni kroz izduvni sistem, bivaju vra\u0107eni u motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metoda isklju\u010divanja preko EGR setpoint mape<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>EDC15C7 <\/strong>procenat vra\u0107enih izduvnih gasova kontroli\u0161e preko 16-bitne LoHi mape, dimenzija 16*16. Izra\u017eena je u mg\/stk Air mass-e, sa faktorom 0,1 a vrednost vra\u0107enih izduvnih gasova predstavlja razliku izme\u0111u oe\u010dkivane i ove izra\u017eene u ovoj mapi. Pa tako 1274-1274=0. Odnosno 0mg\/stk izduvnih gasova se vra\u0107a na ponovno sagorevanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">X osa predstvalja odobrenu koli\u010dinu goriva IQ izra\u017eenu u mm\u00b3. Faktor 0.01<br>Y osa predstavlja broj obrtaja motora izra\u017eeno u rpm. Mapa je uvek na samom po\u010detku bloka i uvek karakteristi\u010dnog izgleda. Podesite prikaz na 16-bitni LoHi u 2D<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"981\" height=\"376\" src=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/EGR-base.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-474\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/EGR-base.jpg 981w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/EGR-base-300x115.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/EGR-base-768x294.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 981px) 100vw, 981px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pa ako \u017eelite da se <strong>EGR <\/strong>ventil nikada ne otvara i samim tim nikada ne vra\u0107a deo izduvnih gasova ponovo u motor, dovoljno je da sve vrednosti u ovoj mapi podesite na maksimalnu, u ovom primeru <strong>1274<\/strong>, i EGR \u0107e trajno biti zatvoren. Ovo je metoda za <strong>EDC15C7 EGR isklju\u010divanje<\/strong> kori\u0161\u0107ena u 95% slu\u010dajeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"264\" src=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/EGR-off.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-458\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/EGR-off.jpg 740w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/EGR-off-300x107.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">EGR-off<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovom metodom isklju\u010divanja EGR-a ne re\u0161ava se problem pojavljivanja DTC-a (gre\u0161ke) <strong>P0404<\/strong>, koja ne\u0107e aktivirati check engine lampicu na tabli, ne\u0107e aktivirati safe mode ali \u0107e se pojavljivati prilikom \u010ditanja dijagnostikom.<br>Ako samostalno gasite <strong>EGR <\/strong>za sopstvene potrebe ovo vam ne predstavlja problem, ali ako gasite uslu\u017eno, klijent koji nije upoznat sa materijom, smatra\u0107e pojavljivanje DTC-a <strong>P0404 <\/strong>kao va\u0161 nedovoljno kvalitetno odra\u0111en posao. Pronala\u017eenje i isklju\u010divanje DTC-a zna nekada da bude malo komplikovanije ali to je tako sa svim ECU-ima. Mo\u017ee se re\u0107i da je ovo veoma, veoma jednostavno ako poredimo sa nekim ECU-om iza 2022. godine. Potrebno je prona\u0107i 8-bitnu mapu u kojoj je samo sadr\u017eana jedna vrednost 1 ili 0. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Switch, with\/without (1\/0) exhaust gas recirculation<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"419\" height=\"173\" src=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/egr-switch2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-461\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/egr-switch2.png 419w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/egr-switch2-300x124.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 419px) 100vw, 419px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">EGR switch<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kao \u0161to i sam naslov opisuje, ova mapa odre\u0111uje da li ovo vozilo ima ili nema EGR sistem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>\/\/Switch metoda isklju\u010divanja EGR-a \n1 == ima EGR\n0 == nema EGR<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da biste prona\u0161li switch, podesite 8-bitni prikaz i tra\u017eite neku od slede\u0107ih sekvenci:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>0, 1, 65, 0, 7, 8, 0, 0, 1\n0, 1, 65, 0, 7, 10, 0, 0, 1, 1\n0, 1, 199, 0, 7, 8, 0, 0, 1, 1\n0, 1, 199, 0, 7, 10, 0, 0, 1, 1\n0, 7, 0, 0, 0, 14, 0, 7, 1, 1<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Budite veoma oprezni pri kori\u0161\u0107enju ove metode, zato \u0161to se uz sam switch nalaze i switch-evi za isklju\u010divanje kompresora klime ili ventila turbine&#8230; Pa se lako mo\u017ee isklju\u010diti ne\u0161to \u0161to ne \u017eelite.<br>Mana ove metode je slede\u0107a. Kod vozila kod kojih fabri\u010dki nije predvi\u0111en EGR, na ovom izvodu iza ECU-a ne postoji otpor, dok kod vozila sa EGR-om, sam EGR aktuator stvara odre\u0111eni otpor. Pa se uglavnom kod ve\u0107ine vozila de\u0161ava da nakon primene ove metode motor ne mo\u017ee da radi kao treba ako je sam EGR ventil i dalje konektovan. Zato \u0161to otpor na ovom izvodu iz ECU-a blokira rad drugih aktuatora. Dakle neophodno je iskop\u010dati konektor iz samog EGR ventila. Ovo nije nikakav problem ako to radite na svom vozilu. Ali ako radite uslu\u017eno, pa vlasnik vozila ode u neki servis da ne\u0161to servisira, pa taj serviser vidi da je EGR diskonektovan, po nepisanom pravilu vra\u0107a konektor na mesto \u0161to ponovo izaziva problem u radu motora. A naravno ni vlasnik ni serviser pojma nemaju \u0161ta izaziva problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To bi bile sve meni poznate metode za <strong>EDC17C7 EGR isklju\u010divanje<\/strong> ili <strong>EGR-off<\/strong>. Kombinacije ovih metoda testirane su vi\u0161e stotina puta uspe\u0161no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Za editovanje fajla koristili smo <a href=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/chip-tuning\/chip-tuning-softver\/winols\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WinOLS <\/a>i sve instrukcije su primenljive ukoliko se koristi ovaj program za editovanje. Demo verziju programa mo\u017eete preuzeti sa zvani\u010dnog sajta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evc.de\/en\/download\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EVC Electronic<\/a>, preko kojeg tako\u0111e mo\u017eete kupiti legalnu verziju progrma.
