{"id":276,"date":"2021-10-12T00:44:37","date_gmt":"2021-10-11T23:44:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/?p=276"},"modified":"2023-09-17T02:04:16","modified_gmt":"2023-09-17T01:04:16","slug":"sta-je-dtc-check-engine-engine-fault","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/auto-servis\/dijagnostika\/sta-je-dtc-check-engine-engine-fault\/","title":{"rendered":"\u0160ta je DTC, check engine, engine fault&#8230;?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DTC (<em>Diagnostic Trouble Code<\/em>)<\/strong> je privremeni zapis u memoriji motornog ra\u010dunara(<em>u ovoj temi bavi\u0107emo se samo motornim ra\u010dunarom<\/em>) &#8211; <strong>ECU(<em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Electronic_control_unit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Engine control unit<\/a><\/em>)<\/strong> koji slu\u017ei tome da dijagnosti\u010dar o\u010ditavanjem tog koda mo\u017ee da zaklju\u010di do kakavog problema u radu motora je do\u0161lo. \u010cesto se koriste nazivi kao Fault code, Engine fault, DTC ili Check engine.<br>Stvaranjem uslova za aktiviranje <strong>DTC<\/strong>-a mo\u017ee ali ne mora obavezno da se aktivira lampica <strong>CHECK ENGINE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"572\" src=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/CheckEngine.jpg\" alt=\"Check engine\" class=\"wp-image-417\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/CheckEngine.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/CheckEngine-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/CheckEngine-768x429.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Check engine light<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta izaziva pojavljivanje DTC-a?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zapis u memoriji nastaje onog trenutka kada se stvore uslovi, odnosno kada odstupanje nekog parametra bude ve\u0107e od dozvoljenog. Na primer kada senzor temperature o\u010ditava ve\u0107u vrednost od dozvoljene u odre\u0111enom vremenskom intervalu.<br>U zavisnosti od nivoa rizika, aktiviranje <strong>DTC<\/strong>-a mo\u017ee da ostavi samo zapis u memoriji, da dovede do aktiviranja <strong><em>Check Engine lampice<\/em><\/strong> ili da izazove aktiviranje za\u0161titnog safe mode-a.<br><strong>DTC<\/strong> zapis se iz memorije motornog <strong>ECU<\/strong>-a is\u010ditava namenskim dijagnosti\u010dkim ure\u0111ajem. <strong>DTC<\/strong> zapis koji se is\u010dita je \u010detvorocifreni heksadecimalni kod sa nekim prefiksom ispred. Ako se radi o motornom ra\u010dunaru, prefiks je ili &#8220;<strong>U<\/strong>&#8221; ako se radi o problemu na samom sistemu ili mre\u017ei ili &#8220;<strong>P<\/strong>&#8220;(<em>Powertrain<\/em>) ako se problem odnosi na rad motora ili transmisije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"961\" height=\"195\" src=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2002.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-285\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2002.png 961w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2002-300x61.png 300w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2002-768x156.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 961px) 100vw, 961px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tipi\u010dan <strong>DTC<\/strong> zapis izgleda kao na slici iznad(<em>zaokru\u017eeno crveno<\/em>). Tekst u produ\u017eetku je opis problema i taj tekst mo\u017ee \u010desto da zavara naro\u010dito ako se ne radi o originalnom dijagnosti\u010dkom ure\u0111aju. Ili ako je u pitanju prevod sa engleskog na drugi jezik. Ali kod <strong>P2002 <\/strong>je ne\u0161to \u0161to se ne prevodi, i tu ne mo\u017ee da nastane gre\u0161ka. Kodovi se tako\u0111e dele na <strong>EOBD<\/strong> kodove, koji mogu da se o\u010ditavaju univerzalnim dijagnosti\u010dkim skenerima ili na <strong>OEM<\/strong> (<em>Manufacture specific code)<\/em>, koji originalnim dijagnosti\u010dkim ure\u0111ajima pru\u017eaju vi\u0161e informacija o samom problemu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"748\" height=\"119\" src=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/bmwdtc.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/bmwdtc.png 748w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/bmwdtc-300x48.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 748px) 100vw, 748px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tuma\u010denje zna\u010denja DTC-a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nedovoljno upu\u0107eni serviseri i voza\u010di koji kupe kineski <strong>OBD<\/strong> skener o\u010dekuju da dijagnstika prstom poka\u017ee gde je kvar. Pa opis <strong>DTC<\/strong>-a \u010desto pogre\u0161no tuma\u010de. Kod starijih vozila ukupan broj <strong>DTC<\/strong>-a je bio svega 100 i nekoliko  kodova. To je nedovoljan broj da se jasno precizira gde je problem. Pa se recimo <strong>DTC P0235<\/strong> opisuje kao &#8220;<strong><em>intake boost pressure sensor malfunction<\/em><\/strong>&#8220;, \u0161to u prevodu na neki od EXYU jezika uglavnom bude &#8220;<em><strong>krug senzora nabijanja turbo punja\u010da<\/strong><\/em>&#8220;. Ukratko, opis ukazuje na to da je <strong>MAP<\/strong>(<em>manifold absolute pressure sensor<\/em>) senzor nesipravan. Me\u0111utim u praksi sam senzor bude problem veoma retko. <strong>DTC P0235<\/strong> ponekad mo\u017ee da bude jedina <strong>DTC<\/strong> koja se aktivira u slu\u010daju da je do\u0161lo do odstupanja izme\u0111u o\u010dekivanog i izmerenog pritiska vazduha u odre\u0111enom vremenskom intervalu. Da li je odstupanje pozitivno ili negativno, nigde ne pi\u0161e. Odstupanje je moglo da nastane usled kvara <strong>MAP<\/strong> senzora, usled njegovog zaprljanja, usled curenja vazduha na sistemu, usled kvara turbo komresora, usled kvara ventila turbo komresora&#8230;. Iskusan serviser na osnovu o\u010ditavanja parametara u radu, parametara u vo\u017enji i zabele\u017eene <strong>DTC<\/strong> dolazi do zaklju\u010dka \u0161ta je problem. Ne samo na osnovu zabele\u017eene <strong>DTC<\/strong> i njenog uglavnom lo\u017eeg prevoda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dakle nabavka nekog jeftinog dijanosti\u010dkog skenera nije lo\u0161a stvar da povremeno is\u010ditate <strong>DTC<\/strong> gre\u0161ke i eventualno ih obri\u0161ete. Ali da biste malo bolje razumeli kako da popravite ne\u0161to nije dovoljan takav dijagnosti\u010dki skener i internet za postavljanje pitanja po grupama i forumima. Samo \u0107ete potro\u0161iti vreme i novac. A ako ste zaklju\u010dili da va\u0161 serviser ne razume zna\u010daj DTC kodova, promenite servis.
