Ovakvi dinamometri nisu u upotrebi na na\u0161im prostorima. Barem ja nemam takvu informaciju. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ih koriste timovi koji rezvijaju motore za razne autombolske sportove.<br>Video ispod najbolje opisuje kako engine dyno radi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta je chassis dyno?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chassis dyno<\/strong>(<em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chassis_dynamometer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chassis dynamometer<\/a><\/em>) su dinamometri na kojima se snaga meri tako \u0161to se automobil postavlja na dinamometar.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"How An Engine Dyno Works\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/g5ZkrcDyPYg?feature=oembed&#038;wmode=opaque\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Chassis dyno su dinamometri na kojima se snaga meri kad ej motor ve\u0107 ugra\u0111en u automobil. Postoje nekoliko osnovnih tipova chassis dinamometara:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Inercioni dinamometri<\/li><li>Ko\u010deni dinamometri<\/li><li>HUB dinamometri<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Inercioni dinamometri su ni\u0161ta drugo do par ili vi\u0161e parova rolera(<em>metalnih valjaka<\/em>) na kojima postoji bar jedan ili vi\u0161e senzora broja obrtaja. Merenje snage zapravo ne postoji ve\u0107 softver na osnovu ubrzanja poznate mase rolera kalkuli\u0161e koliko automobil ima snage. Dakle na ovim dinamometrima ne postoji nikakav senzor koji meri snagu ili obrtni moment, ve\u0107 se kriva snage prora\u010dunava na osnovu merenja ubrzanja mase rolera.<br>Ovakvi dinamometri po\u017eeljno je da imaju ve\u0107u masu kako bi ta masa stvarala otpor ubrzanju i kako bi se uslovi u toku testiranja iole pribli\u017eili relanim uslovima vo\u017eenje.<br>Preciznost &#8220;merenja&#8221; ovakvim dinamometrima je jako diskutabilna i u najvi\u0161e zavisi od samog automobila. Ako se snaga meri na slabijim ili atmo(bez turba) motorima, onda su merenja veoma dobra. Me\u0111utim merenja sna\u017enih turbo motora su dosta neprecizna. Zapravo slab otpor koji pru\u017ea masa dinamometra je nedovoljan da stori realne uslove za testiranje. Samim tim test traje svega nekoliko sekundi, broj semplova je mali a nagla ubrzanja mase usled veliko obrtnog momenta dovode u zabunu softver koji iza\u010dunava dosta neprecizna &#8220;merenja&#8221; snage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko\u010deni dinamometri kao samo ima ka\u017ee imaju ko\u010dnicu. Ne ko\u010dnicu da iih zaustavi ve\u0107 ko\u010dnicu koja pru\u017ea otpor automobilu koji ubrzava na rolerima. Ko\u010dnice mogu biti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Frikcione<\/li><li>Vodene<\/li><li>Eddy current<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Obzirom da prve dve jedva da mogu da se na\u0111u u upotrebi u Evropi, ne\u0107u ih detaljno opisivati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta je Eddy current brake?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eddy current<\/strong> ko\u010dnica je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a u upotrebi. U pitanju je elektromagnetna ko\u010dnica koja se osim u dinamometrima naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e koristi u kamionima i autobusima pod nazivom retarder. Na primer mo\u017ee se testirati samo na odr\u0111enom broju obrtjaja(rpm), na odre\u0111enoj brzini(km\/h), u odre\u0111enom trajanju test (12s), odre\u0111enom ubrzanju(200rpm\/s)&#8230; Mogu\u0107nosti je mnogo a princip merenje je jednostavan. Roleri pokretani snagom motora preko to\u010dkova vozila pokre\u0107u rotor ko\u010dnice, stator ko\u010dnice \u010dine elektromagnetni kalemovi \u010dije napajanje kontoli\u0161e softver. Stator ko\u010dnice povezan je sa \u0161asijom dinamometra u jednoj ta\u010dci preko \u0107elije snage(<strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Load_cell\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">load cell<\/a><\/em><\/strong>). \u0106elija u svakom trenutku bele\u017ei kojom silom se automobil suprostavlja poznatoj sili ko\u010denja(<em>silu ko\u010denja kontroli\u0161e softver<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"689\" src=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/cell-2-1024x689.jpg\" alt=\"Load cell\" class=\"wp-image-182\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/cell-2-1024x689.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/cell-2-300x202.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/cell-2-768x517.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sct.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/cell-2.jpg 1130w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>Load cell veza izme\u0111u Eddy current ko\u010dnice i \u0161asije dinamometra<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukratko, softver upravlja napajanjem ko\u010dnice i na taj na\u010din diktira optere\u0107enje. Automobil pod punim gasom poku\u0161ava da nadja\u010da optere\u0107enje. Koliko sna\u017eno deluje na rolere meri \u0107elija. Merenje \u0107elije, masa rolera&#8230;. i svi ostali parametri ispisjuju realnu krivu snage i obrtnog momenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stvar oko brojki se dodatno komplikuje \u010dinjenicom da se snaga na ovaj a i inercioni metod meri na to\u010dku a ne na radilici motora. Izme\u0111u radilice i to\u010dka je menja\u010d koji stvara odre\u0111ene gubitke, to\u010dkovi nepoznate mase, gume&#8230;<br>Svi ti gubitci umanjuju stvarnu snagu motora. Kako se prevazilazi ovaj problem? Ve\u0107ina dinamometara ima jasnu ra\u010dunicu mase rolera, ko\u010dnice&#8230; svih komponenti koje se okre\u0107u u toku testiranja. Na osnovu te poznate mase mogu\u0107e je prili\u010dno precizno izra\u010dunati koliko je vremena potrebno da se ta masa zaustavi sa odre\u0111enog broja obrtaja.<br>Ali kada se na rolere postavi automobil, to usporenje se zna\u010dajno menja upravo otporom koji pru\u017eaju to\u010dkovi, gume, manja\u010d&#8230; Ozbiljni dinamometri bele\u017ee ovaj gubitak od onog trenutka kada se pusti gas, pritisne kva\u010dilo i dinamometar zajedno sa vozilom po\u010dne da se zaustavlja do 0km\/h. Ova kriva koja se tom prilikom bele\u017ei, naziva se Chassis Friction Losses ili Coast Down losses. <br>Zbir snage izmerenje na to\u010dkovima (Wheel Power) i gubitka transmisije (Coast Down losses) daju snagu na motoru, radilici&#8230; Ili kako se sve ne naziva (Engine Power)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta je HUB dyno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HUB Dyno<\/strong> ili HUB dinamometri se naj\u010de\u0107e koriste za merenje velike snage i obrtnog momenta. Naime na obi\u010dnim \u0161asijskim dinamometrima javlja se veliki problem gubitka trakcije. Na primer adekvatno merenje snage BMW-ovog 535D motora 560Nm koji nije X-Drive, je u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva nemogu\u0107e na 2WD dinamometru. Da bi test dao ispravnu krivu snage, mora da traje najmanje 10s. Ako Eddy Current ko\u010dnica poku\u0161ava da u toj meri pru\u017ea otpor vozilu, ogroman obrtni moment \u0107e izazvati proklizavanje to\u010dkova na metalnim rolerima.<br>Kod HUB dinamometra nema ovoh problema. Postoje i u poslednej vreme se \u010desto pominju razna pomagala koja simuliraju dyno merenje tokom vo\u017enje ulicom. Da ne pro\u0161irujemo temu na nepotrebne stvari. I sa tim ure\u0111ajima sli\u010dna je pri\u010da kao i sa inercionim merenjem. Softver na osnovu ubrzanja i unetih parametara naga\u0111a koliko bi to moglo biti konja.
